Colleen Ross Fine Art does not offer in house framing services, however we do partner locally with a framer. We can deliver your artwork to them, and they will provide frame options and delivery. Note we do not cover shipping costs once a piece has been framed.

We ship our serigraphs and posters rolled in a tube UPS ground. You will receive an email with a tracking number, once your piece has been shipped.

We ship across the US and Internationally. Please note, Colleen Ross Fine Art is not responsible for any VATs or Tariff fees. This is the responsibility of the buyer.

Pieces are packaged and shipped within 2 days and usually arrive at your home in 5-7 days. Note: Artworks over $100, such as limited edition serigraphs will require a signature for delivery.

We have a seven (7) day return policy. However we do not accept returns of custom or personalized pieces. The buyer is responsible for all return shipment costs.

Original artworks, posters and limited editions, are to be shipped back to Colleen Ross's art studio. For all other bespoke products, return addresses will be provided with the shipment. Please note, the buyer is responsible for any costs associated with the the return shipment.

Yes. Our base fee is $100.

Currently Colleen Ross Fine Art does not offer "Buy Back", resale or listing services for older Colleen Ross artworks. We recommend an accredited secondary market resale service.

We can provide a limited appraisal service. Base price is $500. Note, we are not an accredited appraisal service. We evaluate artworks by being provided detailed photos, and can provide a signed statement by the artist as to the authenticity and current market value.

For most pieces, if we are provided good photos, we can provide a cursory evaluation as to whether or not your piece is an authentic Colleen Ross artwork along with additional background information. Our base fee is $100

We do repair older Colleen Ross artworks. Usually the damage involves scratches or cuts through the canvas.

We work with both insurance brokers and individuals to facilitate the repair.

Expect a minimum of $1000 for a repair. If a piece has significant damage and can be repaired, costs can be as much as $8000. We have dealt with water damage, mold, scratches, deep slices and cracks. We can provide a thorough assessment or a referral for your repair. All repairs are provided with a certification by Colleen Ross stating the value of the repaired artwork.

It depends. Some repairs can be addressed in a month, others can take up to 6 months.
