Items ship within 2-3 days and reach you in 5-7 days. Bespoke products have longer production times and are made-to-order. Check product descriptions for estimated shipment times. Artworks are shipped in a reinforced cardboard box or tube. UPS ground shipping is used with tracking. Original artworks require a signature for delivery. USA free shipping for artwork (originals, posters, prints & serigraphs). Inquire for international. Buyer handles VATs, Import fees.

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible artworks, posters, and wearables, starting from the official date of delivery. Personalized, dedicated, or commissioned works are final sale and not eligible for return.
Refunds & Shipping Fees
While we offer complimentary shipping at checkout, actual outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. For returned items, our actual carrier shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount, and collectors are responsible for return shipping.
Condition & Packaging Requirements
All items must be returned in their original archival packaging and pristine, resalable condition (wearables must be unworn and unwashed). Because original, embellished, and printed surfaces are delicate, collectors must return artwork via a trackable service insured for its full retail value.
If artwork arrives damaged—whether from transit or improper repackaging (such as forced or jammed tubes)—the refund will be adjusted up to the full purchase value to reflect total loss in value or restoration costs.
Replacement or exchange items will not be dispatched until the original return is received, inspected, and verified.

Currently, framing services are not available. All artworks are shipped without frames. Images of framed artwork are for visualization purposes. We can recommend a local framer to whom we can deliver your artwork, however the buyer will then be responsible for shipping costs. No returns accepted for framed artwork.
Currently we do not offer Buy Back, resale, or listing services available for older Colleen Ross artworks. We suggest using an accredited secondary market resale service such as Art Brokerage Exchange.
Unfortunately we cannot offer an evaluation of your artwork or its value. We recommend an accredited appraiser for this service.
