We accept returns within 14 days. Our return policy excludes custom or personalized items. Buyer pays return shipping.

Ship original artworks, posters, and limited editions to Colleen Ross's art studio. Bespoke products will have designated return addresses. Buyer incurs return shipment costs.

Currently, framing services are not available. All artworks are shipped without frames. Images of framed artwork are for visualization purposes. We can recommend a local framer to whom we can deliver your artwork, however the buyer will then be responsible for shipping costs. No returns accepted for framed artwork.

Currently we do not offer Buy Back, resale, or listing services available for older Colleen Ross artworks. We suggest using an accredited secondary market resale service such as Art Brokerage Exchange.

Unfortunately we cannot offer an evaluation of your artwork or its value. We recommend an accredited appraiser for this service.
