Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible artworks, starting from the official date of delivery. Please note that personalized or commissioned works are final sale and not eligible for return.

Because each artwork requires custom, archival packaging and extensive handling prior to dispatch, all authorized returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee, which will be deducted from your final refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and collectors are responsible for return shipping.

Artworks must be returned in their original packaging and pristine condition. If an original artwork or serigraph is returned damaged—whether from transit or improper repackaging—the refund will be further adjusted up to the full purchase value to reflect the cost of professional restoration or total loss in value.
