Returns & Collectors Protection Policy

We take great pride in packaging and delivering original fine art, prints, apparel, and collectibles safely to your home.

1. Product-Specific Return Eligibility

• Original Artworks & Mixed-Media Originals: Eligible for return within 14 days of official delivery.

• Posters & Wearable Items: Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Wearables must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Posters must be unblemished and free of creases/bends.

• Custom, Personalized, or Commissioned Works: Final Sale. Any artwork dedicated with a custom inscription or commissioned specially is non-refundable.

2. Free Shipping & Return Costs

• Outbound Shipping: While we offer complimentary shipping on storefront orders, original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. For returned items, our actual carrier shipping cost will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• Return Shipping: Collectors are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returns on high-value original art or mixed-media pieces must be shipped via a trackable service insured for the full retail value.

3. Packaging & Damage Liability

All returned items must arrive in pristine, resalable condition using their original protective archival packaging. Hand-embellished and original surfaces are delicate; artwork damaged due to improper repacking (such as forcing or jamming prints into tubes) will not qualify for a full refund. In cases of transit damage during return, the collector is responsible for filing an insurance claim with their chosen carrier.

4. Exchanges & Replacements

To protect against loss or fraudulent claims, replacement items or exchanges will not be dispatched until the original artwork is received, inspected, and verified in pristine condition.
